As Technical Real Estate Developer you are the crucial link between design and realisation. You work with architects, contractors and consultants to translate innovative designs into technically feasible, buildable projects, and you contribute to the whole development: from the first design to completion. You are technically skilled, with a sharp eye for design quality and sustainability. You work closely with our own construction company, Construction Company, and you maintain contact with municipalities and other stakeholders.
What we expect: at least two to three years of experience in real estate or construction, a passion for development and architecture, and the ability to communicate with many parties on many levels. You work independently and entrepreneurially, and you get things done.

You work with architects, contractors and consultants to translate innovative designs into financially feasible, buildable projects. You have a sharp eye for design quality and sustainability, and you combine knowledge of spatial quality with strategic insight and development skills. You work closely with Construction Company and you maintain contact with municipalities and other stakeholders.

Our physical manifesto
We work from one of the finest workplaces in Rotterdam: the Floating Office Rotterdam in the Rijnhaven. A timber, demountable, energy-positive, CO₂-negative office, cooled by harbour water. We designed it, developed it, and own it.
