Construction of LEAD in Leiden is well under way. The foundation blocks of towers 1 and 3 have been poured, the demolition of the former KPN building is in full swing and the second of three tower cranes is being assembled. At the same time the new LEAD website is live and the pre-sale has started.
On site
With the foundation blocks of towers 1 and 3 in place, the first two towers have their footing. Next to them the old KPN building is being taken down floor by floor, making room for the rest of the ensemble. And above it all the skyline of the site is changing: the second tower crane is going up, the third will follow.
The new LEAD website is live
LEAD has a new home online. On leadleiden.nl you can explore the three towers, the apartments and the amenities, and use the home finder to see which apartment suits you.
Pre-sale started, sale from 15 December
The homes are sold in phases. Phase 1, with 63 homes, goes on sale digitally on 15 December. The pre-sale has started: pass on your favourites now and you will be the first to receive the invitation to register officially.
