This cutting-edge office building, with laboratory facilities, is situated in the Leiden Bio Science Park. Through innovative and sustainable design, we have established the new benchmark for 21st-century workspaces.
By revitalizing the ground floor with a blend of work-related functions, this building transcends the traditional office concept. It becomes a dynamic hybrid space that fosters innovation and encourages collaboration.

A new home for Janssen
We developed a new building for Janssen Biologics B.V. and Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V., part of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. The Leiden Bio Science Park was already home to Janssen, and with this new building Janssen expands its offices on the park.
Health, safety, collaboration and transparency are key principles for the new office building with laboratory facilities. The design has an efficient and flexible layout to optimally support the various departments of the tenant, with innovation and collaboration as the most important spearheads. The spacious future-proof workspaces are surrounded by building-related facilities such as a spacious and bright atrium, a roof garden and a full company restaurant.

To fulfill the ambition of a highly advanced, sustainable, and healthy building, the world’s most recognized assessment systems have been selected: BREEAM for sustainability and WELL for health and well-being both inside and outside of the building. Our design team has created a building that not only contributes to a better living environment by economical energy and water usage, and by reducing CO₂ emissions but also ensures the well-being of the employees by focusing on a healthy indoor climate and a comfortable and varied work environment. The building will receive a BREEAM Excellent and a WELL Gold certificate.
