LEAD is a bold new landmark in Leiden, a residential complex with a strong focus on a high quality of life that is accessible to everyone. Our development combines high-quality residences with state-of-the-art services.
Three towers, 626 homes, both for sale and for rent, located on the Willem de Zwijgerlaan in Leiden. With its slender towers, the tallest reaching 115 meters, LEAD will have a metropolitan feel whilst being quintessentially Leiden.

A new lifestyle in Leiden
The development combines high-quality residences with future-proof and sustainable design and a clear connection with the great outdoors. In between the buildings, the new park ensures a great quality of life for the residents, as well as those living nearby. The park theme is carried through into the buildings, where terraces form an ascending park of lively green places. In LEAD, we combine 626 homes of different types: a lively mix of townhouses, duplex apartments, studios for starters and family apartments with extensive terraces.

Living as a service
Ever dreamed of having a spa or a swimming pool at home? Or a gym where you could work out every day? Do you sometimes need a guest room where friends or family can stay over? A social lounge where you can meet other people? And how about a workspace that you only use when you need it? At LEAD, it’s all here, and you barely have to step outside to use any of it.
